Manuel Moreira

Manuel Moreira possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at UPSA since October 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure, operations, support, and cybersecurity. Prior to this, Manuel held the position of Head of Group Infrastructure, Telecom Services, and Security Operations Center at Veolia from January 2022 to October 2022. Manuel's career also includes significant roles at SUEZ from March 2010 to January 2022, including Chief Technology Officer France and various Director positions in IT infrastructure. Earlier experience includes IT Infrastructure Manager roles at LEONI and Valeo, as well as serving as Customer Service Center IT Manager at Shell from April 1995 to December 2000.
