Gautam Kshatriya

Gautam Kshatriya is the co-founder and CEO of UpScalio. Gautam was previously a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from July 2016 to March 2021. Gautam has a very strong track record and has advised CEOs and Boards of Technology, Consumer/Retail and Private Equity portfolio companies on Growth Strategy. Gautam has also led major transformations for select projects, which include developing the growth strategy for a regional technology leader, setting up the corporate development department for a regional technology leader, designing and establishing the transformation office for one of the largest regional supermarket retailers, and leading post merger integration for one of the region's largest supermarket retailers.

Gautam Kshatriya has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with Scholarship and Distinction in the Strategy field. Gautam also has an MBA exchange program from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Gautam's undergraduate degree is in Economics from the University of Warwick. Gautam also attended UWC South East Asia and The Cathedral and John Connon School.
