Rich Fisher

Rich Fisher has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rich started their career at General Dynamics, Space Systems in 1989 as a Test Engineer. After that, they joined Brady as an Engineering Manager and worked there for 12 years. In 2004, they joined Upsher-Smith Laboratories as an Associate Director Project Management. Over the years, they held several positions at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, including Director, Strategic Portfolio Management and Sr. Director, Strategy and Business Development. In 2012, they became the V.P. of Business Development, and in 2017, they were promoted to Sr. VP Corporate Strategy. Currently, they serve as the President & COO of Upsher-Smith Laboratories starting in April 2022.

Rich Fisher earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, where they attended from 1984 to 1989. Rich then pursued further education and received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
