Erin Dillon has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Erin started their career at Apex Systems as a Technical Recruiter and was later promoted to Account Manager. At Paychex, Erin worked as a Human Resources Solutions Consultant, providing HR consultation to clients in Florida and California. Erin then joined Voya Financial as an Information Security Project Manager, leading a corporate Single Sign-On Information Security project. Erin's next role was at Black Knight, where they served as an Enterprise Risk Manager, overseeing the design, development, and execution of the company's Enterprise Risk Management and Information Security strategy. At Finastra, Erin held two principal positions, including Chief of Staff for Global Risk & Compliance, where they were responsible for driving the company's risk-intelligent culture. Currently, Erin is Chief of Staff and VP of People at Upshop.

Erin Dillon obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida between 2001 and 2005.

Additionally, Erin Dillon holds multiple certifications. Erin became a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) through ISACA in February 2017. In February 2018, they obtained the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification from the same institution. Erin also obtained the Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) certification from Shared Assessments in May 2018. Furthermore, Erin earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in January 2011 and the Professional in Human Resources - California (PHR-CA) certification in May 2012.
