Tony Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tony is currently the Director of Customer Success at Upshop, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tony served as a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Upshop from July 2022 to February 2023.

Tony's career at BI-LO, LLC started in June 2010, where they served as the Senior Director of Store Operations Support until June 2012. In this role, they focused on improving store operations, reducing lead times, and achieving favorable financial results.

Starting from 1998, Tony worked as a District Director at BI-LO, LLC, where they excelled in managing store teams, implementing company programs, and leading strategic initiatives for new market entry.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of achieving results in various roles within the retail industry.

Tony Williams completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Business from the University of South Carolina from 1987-1990. Later, in 2010, they obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Corporate Sustainability from Furman University.
