Tracy Clark has diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tracy started their career in 1993 at the National Weather Service as a Hydrologist, where they conducted research, developed forecasts, facilitated training, and built relationships with partners. Tracy then progressed to become a Regional Program Manager, overseeing technical projects and ensuring on-time delivery. As a Senior Regional Program Manager, Tracy implemented operational changes, directed major projects, and supervised a team of 100 personnel.

In 2016, Tracy joined Colyar Technology Solutions as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Tracy utilized their project management and business analysis skills to identify client requirements and deliver custom software solutions. Tracy worked collaboratively with all departments to ensure timely delivery and met the specific business needs of clients.

Subsequently, Tracy worked at Innovation Care Partners (ICP) as a Project Manager, leading diverse projects and utilizing project management and business analysis skills on a daily basis. Tracy performed project planning activities, collaborated with stakeholders to identify business requirements, and developed solutions to issues.

Currently, Tracy is employed at Upshop as a Project Manager. Tracy leads IT projects across Supply Chain, Retail, and Corporate-Finance spaces, utilizing effective project management skills. Tracy excels in team building, communication, project planning, risk management, budget management, vendor engagement, and coordination of legal and security documentation. Tracy is experienced in managing different types of projects, including Alpha projects with budgets exceeding $1 million, and numerous Supply Chain projects.

Tracy Clark completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of North Dakota, from 1992 to 1998. In addition, they obtained a certification in Scrum Fundamentals from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in July 2016.
