Krystal Hinckley

Krystal Hinckley has worked in the design and technology fields since 2013. Krystal began their career as a Technology Center Assistant at The Sage Colleges, where they assisted students with questions regarding large-format printing and software questions in Adobe and printer software. In 2014, they took on a Graphic Design Intern role at Saratoga Automobile Museum, where they assisted on the design, layout, and production of pieces for a gallery exhibit and shot event photography at an exhibit opening. Since 2015, they have been a UI/UX Lead at Upside Collective, where they work directly with web development and design teams to produce high quality responsive websites. Her duties include leading the design team through site audits, user experience research, accessibility testing, web and mobile design layouts, developer hand-off, and device testing.

Krystal Hinckley attended The Sage Colleges-Sage College of Albany from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic and Media Design. In November 2018, they obtained a certification in DESIGN KIT: THE COURSE FOR HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN from NovoEd.
