Jack Roberts

Jack Roberts has a wealth of experience in the technology field, beginning with a Software Engineering Internship at Demopad in 2013. Jack then worked as a Content Writer for digitalbox ltd, where they developed SEO documents for a leading discount voucher website. From 2013 to 2016, Jack worked as a C# and .Net Developer and Technology Consultant at Thomsons Online Benefits. In 2016, Jack joined UKGOV as a Sr DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for building a decentralised CI/CD platform and accompanying "templated pipeline" for application teams, and provisioning the infrastructure to run it. Jack also deployed and managed a centralised monitoring stack to monitor teams and a centralised application logging stack. Lastly, since 2022 Jack has been employed as a Platform Engineer at KrakenFlex (Octopus Energy Group).

Jack Roberts attended Lancaster University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
