Yasser Norton

Yasser Norton has a diverse work experience. Yasser started their career as a Service Consultant in Capitec Bank in 2009. Yasser then took on the role of Direct Loan Agent in Capitec Bank for four years. In 2016, they became the Team Leader Manager in the Direct Loan Department at Capitec Bank, where they were responsible for implementing sales strategies and ensuring a client-focused environment. Yasser also coached and developed staff, exceeded sales targets, and resolved client complaints. Yasser joined Merchants in 2017 as an Outbound Sales Team Leader. Here, they led a team and was responsible for sales activities. In 2018, Yasser joined Upskillist as the Head of Sales and Operations.

Yasser Norton attended Groote Schuur High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their matric qualification. Later, in 2012 and 2013, they enrolled in the Milpark Business School and earned a National Certificate in Banking, specializing in Banking and Financial Support Services.
