Brad Dominy, MBA, currently serves as the Customer Success Team Lead at Upstart since September 2021, previously holding the position of Customer Success Manager. Prior to Upstart, Brad accumulated extensive experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2011 to September 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of Risk and Controls, managing client portfolios as an Associate in Portfolio Management, and conducting underwriting as a Rotational Credit Analyst.
