Tobias Hosenfeldt

Tobias Hosenfeldt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tobias currently works at shyftplan GmbH as a Team Lead Customer Success, where they are responsible for leading and developing the customer success team, driving the customer success strategy, and engaging with enterprise prospects for implementing use cases and roadmaps. Tobias Hosenfeldt began their education in 2011 at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration until 2012. In 2012, they transferred to Leuphana University of Lüneburg and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from 2012 to 2016. During the academic year 2014-2015, Tobias studied at Boğaziçi University for the Department of Management, although a specific degree was not mentioned. Most recently, they attended the Technical University of Munich from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management and Technology (TUM-BWL).
