Shicong Xu, PhD, is a seasoned professional in model risk and fair lending oversight, currently serving as Senior Manager at Upstart since September 2022. In previous roles, Shicong led data analytics initiatives at Equifax Workforce Solutions, contributing significantly to revenue growth, and conducted compliance risk assessments as a Senior Statistician at First National Bank of Omaha, utilizing advanced statistical methods.
