Paul Griswold

President, SVP & Operations Manager of NY at Upstate Fiber Networks

Since 2005, Paul has served as President and CEO for both Ontario & Trumansburg Telephone Companies (OTTC) and Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc. in Central New York State. Both companies have been owned and operated by the Griswold family for over 97 years and 5 generations.

Paul Griswold served as President and CEO of Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc., until 2017 when he initiated the acquisition of FLTG to FirstLight. FLTG was formed in 1995 in order to offer deregulated telecommunications services. FLTG owns the largest privately held fiber network in Upstate NY. The fiber network encompasses over 2,500 miles and connects 50 different cities in Upstate NY. FLTG’s co-location facility resides at the former Seneca Army Depot in Romulus, NY. The property encompasses 800 acres and contains 64 Nuclear Warhead Bunkers, secured by triple barbwire fences. FLTG is also one of the largest Cisco partners in Upstate NY, earning one of the highest Cisco certifications – CMSP (Cisco Master Service Provider).
