Evan Crane

Evan Crane currently serves as the Associate Director of Business Development at Upstream Bio since April 2025. Prior to this role, Evan worked as a Senior Business Fellow at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from July 2023 to April 2025 and held an MBA Intern position in Alliance Management at the same company in 2022. Evan's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager and Manager of Business Development and Operations at Pandion Therapeutics from July 2017 to May 2021, and a Business Development Intern at Yissum Research Development Company of the Hebrew University in 2016. In addition, Evan gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Editas Medicine in 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2013-2017).
