Adrian Bartella

Adrian Bartella serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Upstream Rehabilitation since 2024, following a tenure in the same role at The Fresh Market from 2022 to 2024, where Adrian was recruited by Apollo Global Management to lead the company’s IPO. Prior to that, Adrian was the Chief Financial Officer at Hudson from 2012 to 2021, playing a crucial role in strategic business planning and growth. Adrian's experience also includes serving as the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Dufry Group from 2010 to 2012, where Adrian managed the entire M&A lifecycle. Earlier experience includes a position as Vice President of Controlling and Treasury at Hudson. Adrian holds an Executive Certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from The Wharton School and degrees from the European University Viadrina and Lincoln University.
