Casey Kalb

Casey Kalb, PT, DPT, OCS, currently serves as Division President and previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Upstream Rehabilitation since August 2017. Prior to this, Casey was with BenchMark Physical Therapy from October 2010 to August 2017, where roles included Regional Director and Partner, Area Director and Partner, and Clinic Director and Partner. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University (2015-2017), a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky (1996-2003), and a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online (January 2022 - March 2022).
