Molly Kosowski

Molly Kosowski has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting. Molly is currently serving as the SVP of Clinical Recruiting at Upstream Rehabilitation since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Recruiting at National Veterinary Associates from January 2017 to February 2023. In this role, they oversaw a team of 120+ remote-based members and managed all recruitment programs for over 1450 sites. Molly also worked at Asurion as a Senior Manager of Recruiting Programs from October 2013 to January 2017 and at Korn/Ferry International as a Research Manager from January 2008 to October 2013. Molly started their career as a Job Resource Consultant at Right Management Consultants from May 2004 to April 2006. Molly has experience in various areas of recruiting, including campus recruitment, sourcing, candidate attraction, recruitment marketing, and process optimization.

Molly Kosowski obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Villanova University.
