Natasha Cole

Natasha Cole has work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Natasha began their career in 2009 as a Physical Therapist Assistant at River Oaks Hospital. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Genesis Physical Therapy. In 2018, they joined Results Physiotherapy and initially worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant before transitioning to a Talent Acquisition Partner in 2020. Currently, Natasha is employed at Upstream Rehabilitation, where they initially worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before being promoted to the role of Clinical Recruiting Team Lead in 2023.

Natasha Cole earned an Associates in Allied Health from Hinds Community College from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance Performance and Choreography from The University of Southern Mississippi between 2000 and 2004.
