Nitzan Yemal

Nitzan Yemal is a seasoned DevOps professional with extensive experience in leading and designing backend infrastructure, particularly in AWS environments utilizing serverless technologies. Currently serving as a DevOps Tech Lead and previously as a DevOps Engineer at Upstream Security since November 2019, Nitzan has spearheaded CI/CD implementations across research and development teams involving Jenkins, shared libraries, and static analysis tools. Prior to Upstream Security, Nitzan held a DevOps Engineer position at Vonage from October 2016 to October 2019 and contributed to the design of development environment solutions at SAP from April 2014 to October 2016. Nitzan began a career in technology as a Datacenter Technician in Israeli Military Intelligence between 2008 and 2011, where responsibilities included maintenance of physical servers and team leadership. Nitzan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, obtained in 2016.
