Laura Hunko

Laura Hunko is the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at Upstream USA. She joined Upstream in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Manager. She was most recently the Sr. Recruiting Manager for Sungevity, an international solar energy start-up, based in Oakland, CA, leading all areas of Talent Acquisition where she helped champion the organization’s growth from 350 employees to over 1200 staff. She was also responsible for onboarding and new employee orientation while managing a team of regional field recruiters.
