Lily Lynch

Lily Lynch is a Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement for Upstream USA in the greater Seattle area. Her focus is to cultivate relationships and to increase the noise level of Upstream’s services within healthcare centers.

Lily has over fifteen years of experience in business development and building strategic partnerships. Prior to joining the Upstream USA team, she worked at Henry Schein Dental, where she partnered with dental professionals to help them with practice care, so they could focus on patient care. This included providing training and education on: overhead management, fee creation and balancing, compliance, marketing, and team harmony, as well as assisting in implementation of underutilized codes and practice management software.
