Mara D'Amico

Mara D'Amico serves as the Senior Director of Partnerships - North at Upstream USA, leading a team to enhance access to birth control options across healthcare centers in the Midwest. Additionally, Mara acts as a Facilitation Coach at UFacilitate, promoting critical facilitation skills among leaders in various organizations. Prior roles include Senior Engagement Specialist for the Michigan Women's Health Initiative, where outreach and community engagement strategies were developed to improve women’s health, and Program Manager at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, managing training initiatives focused on health equity and family planning. With a solid foundation in program management and community outreach from various positions, including at Georgetown University and the Women's Foundation of Arkansas, Mara holds a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
