Rachel Thornton is a State Policy Analyst at Upstream USA since November 2022, previously serving as a Policy Associate at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists from January 2020 to November 2022. Rachel also gained experience as a Health Policy Intern in the Minority Health Office of the United States Senate during the latter part of 2019, and as an SWEP Student Intern at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the summer of 2019.
