Sara Harris is a Director of Federal Policy and Advocacy for Upstream USA. She is a skilled relationship builder who is committed to the fight for reproductive justice and health equity. She believes healthcare is not only a fundamental right but an essential component of the global effort to improve the status of women and girls. At Upstream USA, she builds and maintains partnerships with Massachusetts healthcare organizations to increase access to affordable contraceptive care throughout the Commonwealth.
