Adel Pamintuan

Adel Pamintuan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career at America Online (AOL) Member Services Philippines, Inc, where they worked as a Training Manager for nearly nine years. During this time, Adel managed training initiatives and developed solutions for both agent-level and management employees. They were also responsible for executing overall training programs.

After their time at AOL, Adel worked as a Regional Communications Manager at America Online (AOL) Canada and then as a Technology Learning Specialist at Price Waterhouse. In these roles, Adel facilitated virtual learning events, developed job aids, and delivered customized training using various platforms.

Adel then joined Siemens as a Training Coordinator/Manager, where they worked for over a year. Following their tenure at Siemens, Adel worked at Dynacare as a Junior Service Desk Administrator and later as a Service Desk Administrator and Change Control Analyst. In these positions, they were responsible for logging, resolving, and escalating internal employee and external client calls. Adel also provided administrative support for projects and service requests and maintained support documentation.

Currently, Adel is working at Upstream Works Software. They started as a Technical Trainer and later held roles as a Customer Success Education Advisor, Training Lead, and currently serve as a Product Owner.

Adel Pamintuan pursued their education at Holy Angel University from 1988 to 1997. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering.
