Jeff Rackley

Director, Operations at UpSwell

Jeff Rackley is currently the Director of Operations at UpSwell. Prior to their current position, Rackley worked as an Account Manager at SynQ Solutions from January 2007 to March 2013. There, they were responsible for working with Quick Service and Retail clients in the production of promotional print projects. Jeff consulted clients on print projects and provided best practices to help meet their needs. Rackley was also a key player in the planning and execution of major print/fulfillment operations--scoping, scheduling, and production, while directing customer solutions with a focus on quality and cost minimization. In addition, they worked cross-functionally for fulfillment of both production and technical requests, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Jeff demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness in a fast paced, deadline driven environment in order to meet client commitments. Rackley also assisted in defining and implementing procedures for process improvement. Jeff played a key role in new client implementations, working as liaison between client and the development team, to ensure on-time implementation.

Before SynQ Solutions, Rackley worked as a Business Development Representative at Niche Cubed from November 2005 to December 2006. And before that, they were a Loan Processor at Amerisave Mortgage Corporation from October 2004 to November 2005.

Jeff Rackley holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business and a degree in Economics from The University of Georgia. Jeff also attended Appalachian State University.
