Drew Monger serves as a Senior Manager of Research & Analytics and Data Insights Lead at Upswing since November 2020, where initiatives include designing experiments to assess the impact of virtual assistants and applicant tools on student outcomes and launching a health dashboard for tracking company metrics. Prior to Upswing, Drew held the role of Manager for Human Capital Strategy at Baltimore City Public Schools, leading a team focused on human capital data analysis for a large employee base. Drew's extensive experience includes independent consultancy for Newark Public Schools and Relay Graduate School of Education, as well as leadership roles at District of Columbia Public Schools and Newark Public Schools. Drew obtained a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University.
