Shilpa Nair-Kulkarni

Shilpa Nair-Kulkarni is an experienced program manager currently leading initiatives at UpThink since March 2021, contributing to organizational growth through strategic planning and teamwork. Prior to UpThink, Shilpa served as President of Mensa India - TMNP from April 2015 to January 2021, focusing on educational advancements in the 21st century. Other notable roles include Project Manager at Opine Group, where Shilpa developed a Business Intelligence training program, and Marketing Manager at Quadio Labs, recognized for launching innovative hearing aid solutions. Shilpa's career began with management training and internships at multiple organizations, complemented by a PGDM in Marketing Management from MIT School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Maharashtra Education Society's Abasaheb Garware College of Arts and Science.
