Anya Neilande has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 when they worked as a Trainee Manager at Tesco PLC. In 2008, they moved on to become a Customer Advisor at Harvey Nichols, where they learned to serve customers in a highly professional manner and was involved in Fashion Shows organisation. In 2010, they took on the role of Fashion Model at 1st option and assets model agencies, which helped their to develop and improve interpersonal skills. In 2011, they became an Assistant Manager at Tanzone, and in 2013 they began working at PokerStars as an Operations Manager and Support Services Manager. Later in 2013, they also took on the role of HR Assistant at Tesco PLC. In 2021, they began their current role as Customer Experience Lead at 4Poker.

Anya Neilande has a diverse education history. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business with Psychology from Dublin Business School. Following this, they completed a Professional diploma in Change management at University College Dublin in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a Postgraduate diploma in Leadership and Change Management from the University of Sunderland.
