Christopher Monticolombi

Christopher Monticolombi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and consultancy. As the Co-founder and Organiser of London Tech Leaders since November 2019, Christopher plays a pivotal role in fostering a community for C-suite executives and transformation leaders to drive digital change. In addition, Christopher serves as an Advisor and Co-founder at Uptime Labs, a platform for practicing IT outage response scenarios. Notably, Christopher was the CEO and Co-founder of WeShape, an award-winning technology consultancy founded in 2019, specializing in DevOps and cloud-native solutions. Christopher also has a strong background in recruitment, having worked at La Fosse Associates as a Senior Client Partnership Manager and Senior Consultant in DevOps. Other roles include Trainee Buyer at Tesco PLC and founder of In the Zone Sport. Christopher holds a foundational education from Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School.
