Erin Pickar

Erin Pickar has held a variety of positions in the legal and business fields. In 2010, they became President & Chief Operating Officer of Uptime Legal Systems, where they also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they shared CFO responsibilities with the CEO and acted as a controller, responsible for budgeting, planning, forecasting, invoicing and payroll. Erin also held the role of Director of Business Services and Business Administrator at Uptime Legal Systems. Prior to this, they were a Legal Assistant at Jackson Lewis LLP from 2007 to 2010, a Paralegal at The Cooper Law Firm, Chartered from 2006 to 2007, and a Paralegal at Thomas R. Longfellow Law Firm from 2005 to 2006. Before entering the legal field, they were a Community Health Supervisor at the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2005.

Erin Pickar attended the University of Minnesota from 1998 to 2005, where they earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology - Law, Criminology and Deviance. Erin then attended Inver Hills Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Paralegal Certificate in the field of Paralegal.
