Stephanie Willis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephanie most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at James River Home Health and Hospice starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at VCU Health from 2017 to 2021, initially as the Physician Compensation Manager and later as the Practice Administrator, Office of Strategic Initiatives. At Sheridan Healthcare from 2016 to 2017, Stephanie held the role of Regional Practice Director, Radiology. Stephanie also worked at Eagle Hospital Physicians from 2009 to 2016, where they started as the Vice President of Operations and later held positions as the Regional Director, Operations and Regional Operations Manager. Stephanie's earlier experience includes roles such as Administrative Resident at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center, Administrative Assistant, Operations at Pulmonary Associates of Richmond, Inc., Graduate Student Consultant, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification at Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital, and various marketing roles at General Growth Properties and Fenway Retail Services.
Stephanie Willis received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business from Averett University in 2006. Stephanie also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Science from the same institution. In 2009, Stephanie completed their education by earning a Master of Health Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

The Agency is dedicated to providing the most qualified personnel to the patient in his/her own home in order to maximize and fulfill his/her goals as a member of the community. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using an answering service and on-call procedures after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays. As needed, staff may be assigned to make patient visits after normal business hours. We offer skilled nursing services and to the extent that appropriate professional staff are either hired or contracted.
