Trex Desai

Trex Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Upwage since November 2024, Desai previously held the same position at Harri from October 2023 to September 2024. Prior roles include Director of Strategy and Senior Manager positions in Marketing Strategy and Operations at Expedia Group from November 2018 to October 2023. Desai’s career began at Bain & Company from September 2015 to November 2018, where roles included Manager and Consultant. Additionally, Desai founded Trickle Down: The Wine Company, a wine education venture, and held the position of Analyst at Guggenheim Partners. Early career experience includes founding and managing design at 3B Apparel. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, along with a BSc in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.
