Nuzhat Quaderi

Nuzhat Quaderi, MPH, CHES, serves as the Vice President of Population Health Strategy and Centralized Operations at Upward Health since July 2022, after holding various leadership roles within the organization. Quaderi also contributes as a Board Member for the Mental Health Association of Nassau County. Prior experience includes positions at Unite Us and NowPow, focusing on customer success and regional management. From 2017 to 2020, Quaderi was a Program Manager at Northwell Health, where responsibilities included managing diverse healthcare workforce initiatives and strategic planning for social determinants of health projects. Earlier roles involved project management and community organizing at Nassau Queens Performing Provider System, ERASE Racism, and the Institute for Suburban Health Equity. Quaderi holds a Master of Public Health from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University.
