Virginia Williams

Virginia Williams, MBA, LCSW, currently serves as an Addiction Counselor at Upward Health, where recovery-oriented mental health care is provided to individuals with substance use disorders. Previously, Virginia spent over 18 years at the Louisiana Supreme Court as a Program Manager in the Drug and Specialty Courts Office, focusing on program development, change management, and grant writing, successfully obtaining more than $2 million in funding. Additionally, Virginia has experience as a Social Work Intern at Jewish Family Services of Greater New Orleans, delivering high-quality treatment and conducting comprehensive assessments for clients. Virginia holds a Master of Social Work from Tulane University School of Social Work, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Tulane University.
