Barbara Ruark LCPC, CAC-AD, CPT.P has extensive experience in mental health and addiction counseling, currently serving as a supervisor and licensed mental health counselor at Pivot Point Counseling, LLC since June 2021. Ruark has been a therapist at Wicomico County Health Department since June 2018 and an addiction counselor for the State of Maryland's Harford County Health Department since November 2005, where responsibilities include facilitating the Opiate Recovery Court program and providing a range of assessments and counseling services.
