Tera Perala, MRED

Tera Perala, MRED has worked for a variety of companies since 2017. Tera began their career as an Intern for the Associated General Contractors Oregon-Columbia Chapter in 2017. In 2018, they moved to Pacific Office Automation as a Sales Assistant. In 2021, they took on the role of Strategic Initiatives Coordinator for Perlo Construction. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Development Project Coordinator for Upward Projects Restaurant Group | Postino WineCafe | Joyride Taco House | Windsor | Federal Pizza.

Tera Perala, MRED, obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Portland State University in 2021 and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Oregon State University in 2018.
