Joel Flaugher

Joel Flaugher has extensive experience in content creation, market research, and community engagement, currently serving as Content and Creative Team Manager at Upward Sports, Inc. since February 2014, where efforts focus on helping churches connect with families through sports. Previously, Joel held leadership positions, including President of Phantom Theater and Sound, overseeing custom audio/video installations across multiple states, and served as Director of the Visitors and Convention Bureau for the Oxford Chamber of Commerce, enhancing tourism in Oxford, Ohio. Early professional experience includes roles as Sales Representative at Phantom Sound and Business Office Manager at Ball Of Oxford, where foundational business skills were developed. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University.
