Jessica Chang

Jessica Chang is the co-founder and CEO of Upwards, the largest childcare network in America. Prior to this role, they were the owner of Enchanted Castle Schools. Jessica also served as the VP of Marketplace at RadPad and worked as a fundraising consultant at China Fortune - CAS Holdings. Jessica held the position of Investor Relations AVP at The CIM Group and served as the MD of China Operations, COO, and co-founder at Affinity China. Jessica was the Corporate Development Director at Women 2.0 and Manager of Corporate & Business Development at [212]MEDIA. Additionally, they were the Business Development Director at Girls in Tech China/Girl 2.0 and worked as an Associate in Infrastructure & Asset Management Principle Investments at Macquarie Capital.

Jessica Chang attended the International School of Beijing, China from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (Honors) and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
