Aanchal Sinha is a product design leader and mentor with over 14 years of experience in creating successful products and leading diverse teams across various organizations, including startups. Currently, they serve as the Director of Product Design at Upwork, overseeing design systems and community initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Aanchal also founded The Design Balance, where they paused operations after successfully managing freelance design services and building strong client relationships. Their previous roles include user experience positions at YUJ Designs, PayPal, and GEP Worldwide, where they consistently focused on user-centered design and strategic solutions. Aanchal is pursuing a Bachelor of Design in User Experience Design from Symbiosis International University.
