Lance Salen is a Business Administration graduate from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with a focus on Business Intelligence & Analytics. Currently serving as a Data Management Intern at Eskwelabs, Lance has developed database systems, optimized performance, and trained users. Experience includes roles as a Web Development Editor and Web Developer for Ad Astra: The Benildean Yearbook, where Lance managed office systems, trained staff, developed websites and databases, and oversaw web project development. Previous internships at companies such as Shopee and Carousell Group involved conducting market research, consumer insights, and data analysis, showcasing a strong background in data handling and digital marketing strategies.
