Michel Mello is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and interaction design across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Design Consultant at Upwork, Michel previously held positions including Design Director at Outra Coisa and Interaction Design Associate Manager at Accenture Song, where local and global projects for financial services, telecommunications, energy, and public services were delivered. Notable roles also include Senior UX Designer at Globo, Senior Designer at Accenture, and Interaction Designer at Huge, among others. Michel began the design career as a Product Designer at companies such as Passei Direto and Match, demonstrating a strong foundation in user experience and product design.
