Kara Johnson

Kara Johnson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in payroll, business solutions, and human resources consulting. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Highlands at Brighton since November 2021, Kara previously worked as a Payroll Specialist at Highland Hospital of Rochester NY and held various positions at Paychex, including Business Solutions Representative and Senior Human Resources Online Advisor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy. Kara holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication and Media Studies from Monroe Community College.
