Derrick Wilder

Derrick Wilder is an accomplished professional in client relations with extensive experience in managing departmental operations and developing strategic initiatives. Since May 2015, Derrick has served as the Director of Client Relations at URAC, overseeing the implementation of training programs, budgeting, and workload balance while setting performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prior roles at URAC include Interim Director, Manager, and Team Lead, each focusing on enhancing service delivery and client retention. Derrick's background includes experience as an Occupational Health Consultant at the US Department of Health and Human Services, an Account Services Representative at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a Client Service Specialist at Lumenos/WellPoint, and an Account Manager at Cardinal Health. Derrick holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BBA in Marketing from Strayer University-Maryland.
