Martin Kasemsan

As Associate Director of Customer Relations, Martin Kasemsan manages the CARL•Solution support teams and actively partners with the Sales and Product teams, bringing the customer voice into crucial discussions. He values the relationships he has built with customers – acting as their advocate and leveraging the capabilities of the products and services they have purchased. Prior to joining TLC in 2016, Mr. Kasemsan served as a relationship manager for a portfolio of varied clients of a national IT Managed Service Provider. In his 13 years in IT, he has also managed help desks and network operations centers in numerous industry verticals.
