Marco Buemi has extensive experience in sustainable development and equal opportunities, currently serving as a Coordinatore sviluppo progetto at Comune di Verona since 2023 and as an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission’s Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (CERV). They previously worked as a Senior Expert at the Department for Equal Opportunities under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, providing strategic support and leading initiatives in diversity and inclusion. Buemi held the position of Sustainable Development and Social Innovation Manager at Inclusive Mindset from 2017 to 2023 and has been involved in various urban redevelopment projects aimed at social inclusion. They also served as a Scientific Coordinator and Professor at LUISS Guido Carli from 2015 to 2016 and hold a Laurea in Political Science from the University of Bologna.
