Michele Scott

Michele Scott is a data quality and compliance specialist currently working at Urban Alchemy since March 2025. Additionally, Michele serves as a community advisory board member for the UC Sentencing Project, a collaboration between UCLA and UCSD, and is a member of the Kaleidoscope Leadership Cohort, which focuses on leadership development in the prison reentry ecosystem. Michele holds a position as a national council member for the Life Without Parole initiative at Human Rights Watch and previously contributed as a student fellow at the CROP Organization. Prior experience includes working as a director's assistant at New Village Arts Theatre, where responsibilities involved research and candidate identification for an internship program, and managing operations at St. John's Thrift Shop. Michele's education traces back to the Merced Community College District, where studies were completed from January 2019 to December 2021.
