Dwayne Smith Alexander, NOMA, is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as an Architectural Designer and Job Captain at Urban Architectural Initiatives, RA, PC since April 2012. Responsibilities include producing designs and detailed drawings using both traditional methods and BIM applications, as well as managing project development from pre-design to completion while collaborating with clients and consultants. Previous experience includes an internship at UNYPO, where building design and drafting were completed using AutoCAD and Revit, and another internship at Kirschenbaum & Ocasio-Roman Architects, P.C., focused on assisting with design and drafting across various software platforms. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University and an Associate's degree in Architectural Sciences and Technology from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
