Stephanie Parry

Stephanie Parry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephanie has worked as the Director of Advancement and Communications at The Urban Assembly, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member at Bloomfield Board of Education starting in 2023. From 2019 to 2023, Stephanie worked as the Director of P-12 Strategy at Newark Trust for Education, where they led the redesign and expansion of the organization's education portfolio. Before that, they held the role of Director of Programs and Community Engagement at Newark Trust for Education from 2017 to 2019, overseeing grants and strategic partnerships. Stephanie also worked as the Program and Policy Director, Strong Healthy Communities Initiative at Community Foundation of New Jersey from 2014 to 2017, managing collaborative projects in education and healthcare. Other previous roles include Analyst Fellow at Education Pioneers in 2014, Quality Assurance and Operations Analyst at All About You Home Care Services, LLC. from 2013 to 2014, Management Consultant and Deputy Country Director at Just Like My Child Foundation from 2011 to 2013, Fall Organizing Fellow at Obama for America in 2012, and Organizational Development Consultant at Rights for All in 2011. Stephanie Parry completed their undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2006, they enrolled at George Mason University and pursued a Master's in Public Administration, which they completed in 2008. Stephanie Parry also holds additional certifications, including a Strategic Planning Professional (SPP) certification obtained in March 2022 from the Association for Strategic Planning and a Smartsheet Product Certified User certification obtained in February 2021 from Smartsheet.
