Jack Logan

Jack Logan is a highly experienced professional in the construction and estimating field, currently serving as Senior Director of Estimating and Director of Preconstruction at Urban Atelier Group since 2015. In this role, Jack leads preconstruction and estimating processes to transition projects from conceptual design to construction documentation, establishing budgets and Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMP). Prior experience includes roles as Estimator and Assistant Estimator at Hunter Roberts Construction Group, where Jack coordinated full estimating services across various project types. Jack has also worked in marketing and account management at TheLadders.com and Adventure Motorcycle Magazine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from James Madison University and additional education in Civil Engineering from The City College of New York.
